Sometimes life can feel like a testing zone for Murphy's Law
(If anything can go wrong, it will). There
seems to be special vulnerability when things are being done in the name of the
Lord, maybe some of you know this feeling of being under attack. The B-Team is
no exception, we have experienced our fair share of ups and downs, but the
downs seem especially defeating and daunting. Today I was given the news that
the ticket prices for Bolivia have risen hundreds of dollars beyond what we had
budgeted, putting the team thousands of dollars further away from our goal.
This is quite a blow to the team right now, considering we were already
behind the pace for the support we need. Please if it is on your heart, pray
for the members of the team, so much sacrifice has been made by the individuals;
it would be a terrible thing to be derailed just over a month from departure.
At this moment every member of the team needs significant financial gifts, none
of us are past the halfway mark for the total we need.
Despite knowing Murphy’s Law, I believe that God is going to have his
way, because God has already had his victory.
Rom 8:28 We
know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom
he has called according to his purpose.
Pray for a
miracle, because a miracle is the only way we are going to make it to Bolivia.
This is a God moment.
